What PROJECT Signal does
PROJECT Signal monitors delivery health across your portfolio of projects and alerts you the moment a sprint or release burndown deviates from its expected trajectory — before a missed milestone becomes a leadership problem.
What you need
- An Azure DevOps organization with at least one project
- A CXOsignal Pro or Enterprise license (active)
- The CXOsignal extension installed from the ADO Marketplace
- Project Administrator or Organization Administrator role in ADO
How it works

PROJECT Signal reads sprint and milestone data from your Azure DevOps boards and evaluates each project's delivery trajectory on a continuous basis. When a signal fires — a burndown rate that won't reach zero by sprint end, a blocked dependency, or a forecast date slipping past a milestone — you receive a targeted notification with specific options for how to respond.
