What TEAM Signal does
TEAM Signal surfaces team-level health signals — velocity trends, capacity gaps, and retrospective patterns — and alerts you when a team's delivery trajectory requires your attention, without requiring you to dig through sprint reports.
What you need
- An Azure DevOps organization with at least one team
- A CXOsignal Pro or Enterprise license (active)
- The CXOsignal extension installed from the ADO Marketplace
- Project Administrator or Organization Administrator role in ADO
How it works

TEAM Signal reads sprint data, capacity, and velocity history from Azure DevOps and evaluates each team's health on a continuous basis. When a signal fires — a velocity drop, an overloaded sprint, a retrospective pattern that repeats across cycles — you receive a targeted notification with specific options for how to respond.
