Fixing un-estimated work items

OKRsignal's completion forecasts and burndown charts rely on story point estimates being set on the Features and Stories that roll up to each Epic. When a work item has no estimate, OKRsignal cannot include it in the remaining work calculation. This leads to an artificially low remaining point count and an over-optimistic forecast.

OKRsignal will detect when any "leaf nodes" in an Epic hierarchy are un-estimated and display a count of the un-estimated items. Clicking on this count will bring up a dialog box where you can add the missing estimates.
