Work with them to identify a pilot
We recommend using 1 of your most critical initiatives and 1 initiative that you would like to spend less time on. After all, wouldn't you want the peace of mind knowing you will get early warning and recommendations for recovery when your critical initiative starts going off track. And, wouldn't you want to confirm that CXOsignal allows you to spend less time in review meetings for projects that are going along just fine?
IT Security review
Your IT Security team will want to do a quick audit. Ask them to contact us so we can send them a full security audit package that will address all of their concerns.
Install CXOsignal
Ask your IT team to install CXOsignal from the Azure DevOps Marketplace. Send them the following link to the full installation instructions.
Create pilot OKRs and link supporting projects
Ask the pilot OKR Owners and project leaders to create the OKRs and link projects to the OKRs. The articles in the OKRsignal Overview section of this support hub will provide them with step-by-step instructions.
Set your alert thresholds
Tell your OKR Owners when you want to be notified that things are drifting off track so they can configure the CXOsignal Digital Assistant with your notification rules. Not sure where to start? Click here for suggestions.
Debrief the pilot
At the end of the pilot, ask a few simple questions:
- What broke or created confusion?
- What worked well enough to keep?
- What needs to change before we expand this?
- What did we learn about how our organisation plans, prioritises, and measures progress?
Use the answers to make adjustments before scaling beyond the pilot.
